Stands as a beacon of empowerment and inclusion for both the served and underserved sectors, championing the progressive initiatives of the Department of Information and Technology (DICT). Driven by its vision of addressing the digital divide and promoting innovation, the center provides various technological services, acting as a vital hub for advancing technological literacy and capability within the community. Over the past two years of the current administration, there had been approximately 8.8% annual increase in the external services offered by the center.

To sum it up, there had been a total of 19 new services provided since 2023 in response to the growing demand from different barangays and offices for hardware and software support. This achievement stands as a testament of the center’s continuous initiative and progress in bridging the digital divide by equipping individuals with the necessary tools and knowledge. The Tech4Ed Center’s challenge now lies in expanding its capacity and personnel to serve an even broader range of individuals, barangays, and offices.

Services WE Provide

Digital/Computer Services

Computer use (Microsoft office Word, Excel, Powerpoint), photo and document printing, CD and DVD burning/backup, xerox, scan, fax.

Hardware Servicing

Computer/laptop repair, hard drive, keyboard, RAM, LCD replacement, printer repair, board, flex, replacement, etc..

Software Servicing

Reformat PC/Laptop, backup data, reset printer, creation of systems for the LGU, maintenance of LGU, barangay websites.

LAN Installation

Installation and repair of LAN for all schools, barangays, LGU Offices within the municipality. We are also available for other municipalities.

eLiteracy Program

Course on Basic Computer Operation and troubleshooting, seminar/training on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Tutorial on Canva and AI.

Free WIFI Service

We are also providing FREE WIFI service within the municipality. These include schools, barangays, meetings, games and anything that needed WIFI as long as it is for public service.

Our center provides a comprehensive range of ICT and digital services to the public. This includes Digital/Computer Services (encoding, document printing, scanning, and photocopying), Hardware Servicing (computer/laptop repairs, RAM/LCD replacement, and troubleshooting), and Software Servicing (system formatting, backup recovery, and printer setups). We also support local government infrastructure by assisting with LGU and barangay website maintenance.

Yes, we provide Free Wi-Fi Service within the municipality. This access is open to the public as long as it is used for public service, educational, or productive research purposes. It is highly utilized by local students, barangay representatives, and community members attending public meetings or processing online government documents.

Absolutely. We handle LAN Installation and Repair for all public schools, barangays, and LGU offices operating within the municipality. If your office or local school requires local area network deployment, cable management, or internet connectivity troubleshooting, our technical team can be deployed to assist. We are also open to extending these services to neighboring municipalities upon formal coordination.

The eLiteracy Program is a free training framework designed to build essential digital skills for our citizens. We conduct seminars and hands-on training covering Basic Computer Operations, troubleshooting, and core productivity applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Additionally, we offer modern digital design tutorials utilizing Canva and foundational AI tools to help users stay competitive in today's digital landscape.

Our core diagnostic and technical repair labor (such as reformatting, device cleaning, basic hardware replacement, and software optimization) is part of our commitment to public digital service. However, if your computer requires specific physical hardware replacements—such as a new hard drive, keyboard, RAM stick, or LCD panel—the vehicle/owner must provide or cover the cost of the raw physical spare parts.
